The Trade Assistant tab is Ask Axi — Axi's built-in AI trading assistant, built directly into your Client Portal. No extra app, download, or separate login is required. The dashboard is currently available in English, Italian, French, Spanish, and Chinese.
To access it, use the main Menu (top right) to jump between Discover, Portfolio, Chatbot, and Playground. Your past conversations are listed in the left sidebar, so you can pick up where you left off. Click Start Analysis at any time to begin a fresh chat.
Chatbot (AI-powered trading assistant) — a chat window where you can talk with an AI trading analyst and access market insights and tailored trading tools, instruments, and trading concepts with conversational answers. You can also access the chatbot via the "Start Analysis" window. You can chat with the AI trading analyst whether or not you're logged into the client portal. Clients logged into the portal can send up to 50 messages a day in the chatbot; clients not logged in can send up to 10 messages a day. You can write in any language you like. The chatbot also has a knowledge base, so you can ask it general questions about Axi's processes — this is available whether you're logged in or not.
Discover — a market overview screen showing live price cards (e.g. Bitcoin, Gold, EUR/USD, NVIDIA), an AI-curated "Market Highlights" news feed explaining what's moving markets right now, upcoming earnings, top market movers, and news on what's happening in the market. This is updated daily and is available whether you're logged in or not.
Portfolio — where you run an AI-generated analysis of your own trading history over the past 7, 14, or 30 days, or a specific month. You can select any trading account to analyse. Limited to 15 analyses per day, per profile. An analysis can take up to 1 minute to run. Only closed trades are included and only realised profit and loss is shown — pending or open trades won't appear yet. There is also a delay of roughly 2–3 hours after a trade closes before it's reflected in the Portfolio analysis, so very recently closed trades may not show up immediately. Only available once you're logged in with a trading account.
Playground — a side-by-side comparison and analysis tool where you can pick up to 3 instruments and compare their price charts and key stats. Currently only available for Stocks (Share CFDs) — will expand to other asset classes soon. Only available once you're logged in with a trading account.
Settings — where you set your Trading Knowledge level (e.g. Beginner) and Risk Appetite (e.g. Medium), which shapes how Ask Axi tailors its answers to you.
Your chat history, watchlist, and preferences are saved and will carry over automatically once you do log in.
