To ensure a client is correctly tagged to your referral structure, make sure they use your IB referral link when signing up. If for any reason the client isn’t tagged, they can reach out to us by emailing success@axi.com or using the Help Center form to request assistance. You can access your unique referral link by logging into your IB portal.
