How long does it take to verify my account and get login details?

Once you have submitted your application, we use electronic verification to automatically authenticate your documentation. Once this is done, your account will usually be opened immediately.

If a manual review is required, it is usually completed within 1–2 business days, and may take slightly longer if additional documentation is requested. Once your account is successfully verified, you will receive a Welcome Email confirming your account status. Please note that your login credentials are not included in this email.

You do not need to wait for the Welcome Email to log in. Use the email address and password you created during registration to access the Client Portal at my.axi.com immediately after verification. 

Important: Please check both your inbox and spam/junk folders for the Welcome Email.
